Position Objective:

The key overall objective of the Sales Administrator is to support the Sales Manager and the MSP Sales Team in meeting or exceeding revenue goals and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. To identify marketing funding through vendor relationships that can be used to further marketing initiatives at RWK IT Services. When executed successfully, this role will support the direction defined by the Sales Manager in nurturing the Sales Department’s Resources and Team Members on a daily basis, towards goal achievement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with opportunity and ticket management within CRM
  • Preparing quotes/proposals and submit to Sales Team Members for approval
  • Licensing and product renewals management
  • Deal registration of hardware opportunities to maximize margins
  • Procurement and sourcing amongst industry
  • Identify MDF Availability for Usage and Hand off to Marketing
  • Client Communication on Sales Order Statuses
  • Engage with clients when needed, through professional communication and etiquette
  • Manage and interpret customer requirements – speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs
  • Communicate sales or service opportunities, customer concerns or suggestions to sales team
  • Expand value awareness of our products by communicating features and benefits of our products effectively to sales team
  • Maintaining records of customer communications and contact information as required within CRM
  • Attending and participating in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Maintain awareness of pertinent client information, future plans, payment performance; communicate any client information that my affect company decisions to appropriate departments as needed
  • Maintain effective margins to hit or exceed goal consistently

Qualifications

  • Microsoft Office proficiency required, especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • CRM experience (ConnectWise, Autotask, TigerPaw), preferred but not required
  • Working knowledge of Managed Service Sales Process, preferred but not required
  • Previous Administrative Support in Clerical Environment experience
  • Previous experience in Procurement and Vendor Management, preferred but not required
  • The ability to execute work expectations with little to no supervision on a consistent basis
